FLOW 93.5 PARTNERS WITH RYERSON UNIVERSITY TO OFFER THE INAUGURAL
FLOW 93.5 FM MILESTONE AWARD
FLOW 93.5 FM is proud to partner with the
School of Radio and Television Arts at Ryerson University
to celebrate excellence in radio journalism or music production.
Since 2002, FLOW 93.5 has presented Ryerson Radio & Television
Arts (RTA) students students with the FLOW 93.5 Milestone
Award. The FLOW 93.5 Milestone Award was developed by FLOW
to recognize a visible minority student who has demonstrated
outstanding creativity in Audio/Radio journalism or music
production. Recipients are selected for the award based on
their academic excellence, radio production skills and active involvement
in the community. This $2,600 annual award is one way that
FLOW 93.5 is helping to open the door to some of the best
and brightest young talent.

2004: Kris Alexander
2005: Bandana Singh
FLOW 93.5 President & CEO Denham Jolly, who regularly
speaks to college and university students about the importance
of diversity in the media, states, "Through this award, we
are fulfilling our vision to assist in bringing additional
diverse voice and talents to Toronto's broadcasting industry.
