edited for radio play.
Your song submissions should contain no
profanity. Tracks should be 3 to 4½ minutes long. |

Submit multiple selections of your material.
Clearly indicate on the submission form which
selections you want to be assessed. |
Allow a three-week period for your music
to be reviewed.
After this period, be sure to follow up with
phone calls or emails. When calling or emailing, communicate
in a professional and cordial manner, and ask relevant questions |
Be willing to accept rejection or constructive
criticism.
Understand that the feedback is being given
for the purpose of helping you improve your potential of getting
commercial airplay. |
Present your material to various media
outlets.
Distribution is key to your success. The
more places that have your product, the more likely it will
get exposure. You can target community and campus radio stations,
commercial radio stations, Galaxy satellite radio and other
outlets. |
Re-submit new material as often as possible.
This is a fast-paced industry. Make sure
you are constantly developing new music. |
